Flying around the castle with the letter attached to his leg he made his way to where he knew he'd find the person he needed and managed to squeeze through the door as a kind lady opened it for HIM. Spotting the boy he landed on his shoulder and hopped around hooting happily. Look at him he was cuuuuuuuuuuuuute. He held out his leg for the boy to take the letter and then give him treats.
Hecate looked at the owl on the boy's shoulder. She took the paper from it's leg, angered and tried to shoo the owl off. She looked at the boy and and handed him the letter. "Neves, it's for you." She said in a low voice.
"NEW RULE." She said angered by the owl! "Everyone who wants to speak to me, must bring me three freshly plucked owl feathers, so that I might make ingredients off of them!"
