She crossed her arms and tapped her foot, trying to figure out a way past the swamp. She raised a brow at Sierra's declaration about the swamp's powers and snorted. "Really. Tell me, do you know that from personal experience? Because I have been wondering how you got your gum out."

She rolled her own eyes.
"Well, that was mature," she commented, but she didn't walk any closer. The smell coming from the swamp was unbearable, and she couldn't for the life of her figure out why Beauty Queen was so determined to stand so close to it.
She just had to bring up the gum, didn't she? Sierra bit her bottom lip as she held back a whole line of full of not-so-nice things to say to this girl.
"I believe I was clear when I said I heard," she answered,
"and if you must know, Professor Lafay had a potion that got the gum out with one single shampoo." She flipped a few locks of hair over her shoulder and onto her back, intentionally displaying how well the potion worked--not only on gum and spit, but on making hair shiny and silky, too. Sierra could care less about that sort of thing, but if it got some envy out of Bunny over there, then her whole day would be made. Maybe even her whole month.
