Seeing all her Hufflepuffs chatting and getting to know one another made Hadley swell with pride and slight envy because she had never been into that during her own school days. Several more badgers, but still no Treyen, Arya, or Isobel.

No prefects still. Ah well, she'd start without them, she supposed. .... Stepping forward from the wall, she clapped her hands together in front of her. Clearing her throat to grasp their attention, she began. "Greetings! Pardon me as I take a few moments of your time...To those of you who have just been sorted, welcome to Hufflepuff. To those who are returning, welcome back. I trust your journey here has been wonderful so far and I just wanted to stop in here to introduce myself." Considering some probably would never see her for Arithmancy-related matters. "I'll be your Head of House this term, so if you have any problems or concerns or in need of advice, don't hesitate to find me, likely on the second floor where my office is located... For those who don't me, I'm Professor Hadley, teacher of Arithmancy."
