She was staring with a goofy smile on her face at the bowl when Adam spoke. She shook her head slightly and looked at JB who was still busy wrestling the bone, "He's so animated himself. I don't think he'll mind." She chuckled at that and moved to a shelf where boxed of dogs food laid. "We have to pick quite a few of those and then we'll increase the quantity of it at Hogwarts." He could go through the next couple of weeks with only one or two boxes while they arrived at the school where magic was allowed.
Adam gave a little smile.
"I don't particularly enjoy fist fights, but I ran into a group of muggles on my way home from getting food, and they were trying to mug me. It was strictly self defense, and as a matter of fact I did win the fight," Adam said with a modest little smile. He wasn't sure that being good at fist fights was really something that someone should brag about, but at least it showed that he knew how to take care of himself.
"That is true," Adam said with a little laugh.
"Seems like he needs his things to be as animated as he is." Adam tucked the bowls under his arm before moving along the way with Louisa to grab a few boxes of the dog food she had pointed out. Although his hands were pretty full Adam managed to pull down a leash, handing out to Louisa.
"Alright, I think we've got everything we need. If you just want to put the leash on him, then we can head to the front so I can pay for all of this." Boy this little guy was going to create quite the hole in Adam's pocket, but JB was worth it.
