Christopher shook his head. "My house has never been a home to me. Hogwarts is my only home. Too much blood and tears were shed and too many hurtful events took place there. It's really just the memories of my dad that made even want to return for a second. They were comforting. I preferred the back yard much better. The water, the only physical thing there I ever liked. My mum hated us even before Hogwarts. We were always too weird for her. She made sure that house wasn't an attachment. Leaving there was really no problem in the slightest."

The fourteen year old's jaw dropped. "You're.... You're serious?" But he needn't have asked it. The stern yet awkward facial expression on his sister's face told him she wasn't. "Violet owns the entire city of Versailles?" That couldn't be possible. No, it was an entire city! France had indeed put it up on the market, but there was no way someone could buy it just for one small family to live there.
