A friend of mine got in on the first day, and she hasn't gotten a letter yet, but someone she knows who got in on another day has gotten a welcome letter - so this leads me to think it is random. Which frustrates me because I stayed up all night to get registered early. :/

And the WORST is that some of my friends are in already, and I want to join!!!! I refuse to see of hear any of it until I can experience it for myself! I just want in on the fun!!!!!.... and preferably before classes start because then I won't have time for the rest of the semester. *sigh*
