Of course the situation with Dal was very far from being 'good-feeling' or 'mutual'. So, nope, whatever it was it wasn't falling in love. And that was just sad because a part of her wanted him to feel the same for her, she did have a great feeling when he was with her and showed her enough attention!
Louisa's eyes went back to Adam's face, "Talk to him about it?" Her eyes widened. She hadn't really thought about it but Adam was a boy! He knew things that she didn't about boys, "Do you think he'll listen? I don't want him to get mad at me again," Yes, because they had a fairly big argument at the train last term and she felt horrible after that- even sick.
Adam nodded his head at Louisa's comment that the feeling should be mutual.
"I don't really know much about love, or being in a relationship with someone, but I do think that when it's right you'll know," Adam said with another little shrug of the shoulder. Adam was surprised to hear that Louisa didn't think that she was in love with Dallin. At least to Adam the pain that she seemed to show whenever she talked about Dallin was the kind one had when they loved someone that didn't love them back.
Adam was quiet for a couple of moments after Louisa asked him if he thought Dallin would listen.
"Well...I don't know Dallin personally, but I would think that as your friend he'd be willing to hear you out." Adam said, hoping he wasn't giving Louisa bad advice.
"If you don't mind me asking...why did he get mad at you before?"
