She knew he'd know what she meant, just as much as he'd know she hadn't meant he'd been playing anything different before. That was the point of the camaraderie of everyone working here, after all. Family understood each other.

Busying herself around behind the counter whiel humming the latest song she'd heard from Bert, Olivia glanced over as she heard another voice and saw a young girl rummaging around in her bag. "Certainly," she replied with a grin, proceeding to get the hot dog that was requested for her. "Did you need anything to drink, anything else while I'm at it?" She already knew that condiments were available for everyone just to the left of the booth, but she'd developed a habit of wanting to make sure nothing ever got forgotten. Plus, the girl really did look quite hungry.
Bert turned with a flourish as he heard a familiar voice calling his name, smiling at the woman working concessions noting the wink aimed his way. "Right away my dear Olivia," he said with a bow to her before straightened and preparing his next tune.

With a few taps of his feet on the cobblestone street to obtain a tempo, he began playing an upbeat song as requested. His bow and fingers moving steadily across the strings while he made the necessary movements and magical imput to make the clarinet and other instruments sound with his efforts.
