This is something that I really hope will happen but you have to realise that this is not going to be a movie based on the Disney version but based on the original story which means it will be darker and more dangerous and the name Belle was only used in the Disney version, beauty in the original didn't have a name, and Del Toro said this in the same interview with MTV, and I knowing both the original story and del Toro's earlier work I doubt that this will be some romantic cute version but it will probably be more of a horror, thriller fantasy movie, though I actually prefer that version.
