Sophie crossed her arms across her chest as Connor Draven stood on her doorstep. What was he doing here? Why did he think that she wanted him here? They had been friends, best friends even until he had gone and done that the first day of there seventh year. Connor Draven was brilliant at burning bridges, but he had blown up the bridge between himself and Sophie.

She cocked her eyebrow expectantly at Connor as he searched for the words to explain what he was doing there on her doorstep- her and Jake's doorstep. Then he said some lie about wanting to see if this was the place that Elektra had spent the previous summer, "Yes, it is. But you knew that Connor, you forget we had been friends for years. So I know that your lying about what your doing here... what are you really doing here?"

"And no... you can't come in," Part of her wanted to let him in, for old times sake, but the other part of her was holding fast to her decision to keep him out.
