Aimée shook her head a little, causing her hair to fall into her eyes. Looking up at him she moved it away and continued to shake her head. "Advantage? In what way?" she couldn't help but ask, with a little laugh.
"So you've never had a crush on a boy before? Or just one older than you?" Stephen asked, trying to hide his laugh. Wasn't she like fifteenth or sixteen now? It was a bit odd she hadn't had feeling for someone before. Or maybe more than a crush..? Whatever. This whole conversation had been confusing from the beginning.
"Well, for one, people think shy people can't think for themselves. They can be easily manipulated in ways. My brother used to do things like that to me," he shrugged remembering those times until they began fighting and it ended. Their poor mother spent more money on replacing broken items than school supplies.
"So now that it's all out there, where do we go from here?" Stephen coughed, feeling a bit awkward for asking in the first place.
