The same as him, she meant. That she liked him, too. Which was something she hadn't even wanted to admit to herself.
The Italian boy was a bit confused now. Did Aimee just admit to having feelings for him? Well, that was unexpected since she had been hiding from him all this time.
"Do you really? Then why were you hiding from me?" he asked, taking out that ball he had been playing with in the Great Hall. Yeah, he knew he was never going to open the thing unless Kat found out. Welp.
"You're too shy for your own good," Stephen laughed. It was kind of true, though. Aimee was mostly indoors instead out outside where most people were.
