Marilyn's resolve was breaking...Rafe was pushing her. She'd already made up her mind. She was not going to kiss him. For one, the blonde had made a promise to herself...And secondly, there was Carter. Marilyn had already hurt him once with Rafe...She would NOT do it again.
"I'm sorry, Rafe...but I can't. Please understand..." It was getting a little embarrassing. Marilyn didn't want to hurt Rafe...but this wasn't going down like he wanted. Yes, he looked a mess...but the blonde Slytherin had made up her mind. Besides, there was this thing with Carter again...
After hurting him so deeply the first time, there was NO WAY she could ever do that again. Rafe wouldn't understand because he didn't know that she and the Gryffindor Keeper were talking again...Should she tell him?
