Obviously missing some of the hesitation and bulging eye sockets, Armen grinned excitedly at the woman who spoke up.
"It is isn't it? To bad I didn't come up with it myself! Lord Borr thought of it of course." he said, it was true however, if he had come up with it he would be even closer to Borr, which anyone in their right mind in the Ministry today knew that was the best of all options.
After agreeing with the other ladies at how awesome and wonderful the idea of going out and planting trees would be and how benefitial it was to the world and his Department in the eyes of Borr and the Cult, Katrina and Maine both asked for more information in the goings-on of this assignment.
"Excellent questions ladies." he said nodding to both of them. "That is actually where I am going next. Now we will be splitting into two main groups." he said eyeing the room.
"Group one will be the one in charge of the tree planting and it's promotion throughout the Ministry. We are not alone on this project, other departments, including the Environmental workers on level four should all be joining us in this project. So team one will be made up of Andie, Maine, Holli, Layla, Leo, and Allie." he made a few marks on his clipboard and continued.
"They will be supervised by Aidon, our Broom Supervisor and Anna or Floo network supervisor."
Armen took two stacks of flyers and placed them on either end of the table.
"Now you all will spread out and drop off a flyer, created by Kaishu Shiradou on Level 4, at some shops in Diagon Alley and just breifly explaining the cause to them. Then you will procede in actually planting some of the trees that will be placed when you arrive." He nodded. Pretty simple and it would help better the world.
"Now team two will begin helping me with the situation that is unfolding with the Department of Magical Law Enforcement, can anyone tell me what's going on with that, what have you heard?" he said leaning on the table, looking at them all. He wanted to know how much the MLE stooges had corrupted his employees, if they had told them he was a loon, or if they were rightly informed; that it was the best for the Ministry and Armen did his duty in taking them away.

As Armen began to speak to his employees, Aidon conjured a clipboard, parchment, and quill. He gave his wand a flick, and it began scribbling furiously, matching with Armen's words. As his quill magically wrote down everything Armen was saying, the young man leaned back comfortably in his chair. He couldn't help but cough conspicuously as his Department Head mentioned the rather large creature they were forced to call Minister Borr. Although he had barely met the man, Aidon had had his suspicions and made a mental note to not favor the large, beefy man. However, since Armen appeared to hold him in high regard, he would have to just play along and act like he respected the man.
When he heard his name mentioned by Armen, Aidon gave a curt nod and made sure his quill wrote the names of the coworkers in his group in bigger letters. He thought it odd that the Magical Transportation department was being all environmental and planting trees in Diagon Alley. However, he shrugged to himself as he questioned things in his head. If it was Minister Borr's wish, and if the entire Ministry was going to be working on this project, he supposed it wouldn't be too bad. He made a mental note of who was in his group, and he turned his head to see if Anna was in the room. Slightly crestfallen, he frowned as he did not see the Floo network supervisor. He supposed he could fill her in if he encountered her.
Anna after just returning from the break room was feeling really fresh and active to begin some work. She just saw the notice held for the meeting and ran into the conference room, hoping she wasn't too late and missed all that was said. For her satisfaction she wasn't that late. She quickly grabbed a seat and sat listening attentively that their department head was on to say.
"Hmm, planting trees and making the environment greenish and fresh, doesn't seem like a tough job to do. But way in Merlin's name did Borr want the employees to go around and plant trees? He could appoint some group of people to do it.." She thought. Anna heard a group of people names being called out as group one. She took a note of the entire name in her parchment.
As she took the name down, her name was called next after Aidon, who was the Broom Supervisor. “Okay, so I’ll be supervising with Aidon. Good to hear that. She hadn’t much talked with the man but she had a sense that he would be a good coordinator. She took a look to see if Aidon was present and saw he already was looking for someone,
maybe that’s me he’s looking for. she thought.
Anna heard Armen talking about MLEs, what it was about the MLEs he’s asking for Anna thought. She then heard someone talking about their licenses being taken away. For some time she was still in shock about that. A license being taken was a big thing for her at least. She didn’t want her license being taking at all, that was something very precious for her.
