I had so many issues with this. I got all confused and had to look up what exactly I was supposed to do. And then I still couldn't even see what I was supposed to be seeing. Luckily a friend of mine let me borrow her computer. I still don't know what was wrong - I had flash and got rid of all blockers and tried four different browsers. Anyone else with this problem?


I believe there is a "forgot username and password" option. Up at the top of the Pottermore website, it says Sign In. Select that, then "Forgotten your username?" I hope that works for you!
