as I understand it between august 7 to september 30 out of the 1 million successfully registered and validated their email during the Quill Challenge, not all of them will enter the site at the same time but the site will gradually be increasing the number of people who have access to the site... for example 100k people this week and next week 200k people will join them... is that right?
