Simon registered the touch of a hand on his shoulder more then the words being spoke to him. His eyes looking up to spot Selina in front of him looking concerned. "Huh? I..." he murmered, shaking his head to try to clear his thoughts. The captain was about to say something more when they were joined by the prefect and he looked between the two girls as he tried to focus on his words finally landing on Selina again.
"I guess so..." Simon finally answered, "What...what happened?"
When Simon finally spoke and his voice sounded like him again. She let out a sigh of relief and was about to speak when she heard another voice over her shoulder. Her eyes looked directly up to see Sophie, the Gryffindor prefect, standing over her shoulder speaking to Simon. But when his voice then reached her ears and her face snapped back down to look him in the eyes. He looked so lost and confused, but what puzzled Selina was that he seemed to have no idea where he was and what was happening to him. She looked at Sophie briefly as if trying to translate to the older girl- how do I explain this, but his eyes were on her and she knew that he was asking her.
"Well you see, I really don't know. You've been acting odd for a really long time now, but it only started to get really odd a few weeks ago. You see... you were at the lake and you and Jacob threw Simon into the water and were kind of being really mean. After that you acted differently and a couple other people and you spoke like pirates.. all the time. I passed it off as nothing, but I guess that was stupid of me. Then just now you said that you were Sherman and Vindictus was your Captain and you were attacking people in the Flying exam and then there was this mist and now you're here... and your okay."
That last sentence made Selina feel really good. He was okay... no more odd Simon. That one scared her.
