Now the girl was coming at him at a pretty good speed... good thing he was old and skilled. Heh. Right before the girl was about to collide with his broom he went into a dive... only she caught his tail twigs and sent him spinning off course for a moment. Drat!
Finally righting himself he leaned forward on his broom and came at the girl from behind now. He cast Incendio over and over (three times) aiming for the broom and with reckless abandon went straight for the back of her head with his foot as he rose above her. TAKE THAT WEE LITTLE LASSIE!
Take THAT, insane pirate girl. Only... where was she? Blinking, Ryden looked left and right, having not really looked where the girl had gone. Probably should have, looking back. At the last possible second she caught a glimpse of the flames travelling towards her and yelped, smelling the wood as it singed all along the side of the broom. His foot only grazed her head as she ducked and rolled out of the way, but that was enough to make her even angrier.
OH, she was going to KILL her.
"INCENDIO! INCENDIO!" she yelled and pointed her wand at the end of the broom above her, then let go of the broom entirely to swing a punch at the girl's waist, her legs gripping on with all their might.
