Maybe finding out who Josh liked and who he didn't, who liked him and who hated him would have been useful information. "Oh... hey." she said, deepening her voice to sound like Josh. As she spoke, she prodded the skin under her eye and pretended to wince. "I feel like I've been punched in the face." she said into the mirror.

Now to just not look at Evan at all... Iris doubted that Evan knew she was Josh's polyjuice partner, and that coming to light as Evan was peeing would be extremely awkward.
