He over observes things a lot and mostly all the time. Not good. It's just weird for him to act like that or think like that.
Jonathan looked as she plucked one flower and put it onto her hair. "You're really pretty" he mumbled. OOPS. Hoping she didn't hear that "I mean---" cough* "That's really pretty..." he paused "in your hair..." another pause "... the uhmm... flower" yes, such a dorky save. Jonathan needs to calm down right now.
He looked down to the ground just so he could distract himself with gravel and dirt. Not an appealing site but he couldn't help but blush if he keeps looking at Cass. Such a DORK!
Oh the flowers. What was the other one, again? Hmmm. He snapped his fingers lightly as he tried remembering what they were. AHA!
"The other ones are Calla lily" he responded. "They pretty much convey the same thing as the gardenia." he added. They convey joy, pure, happiness and what not. "I actually took out the easiest flowers to explain" he laughed softly while brushing off his bangs. He should trim that when he goes back home. It's getting in the way.
Jonathan is always bad at plants and flowers or vegetable. It's pretty no doubt but he doesn't know a single thing about it.
Cass couldn't help but blush as he complemented her
"Thank you." She answered softly as she looked down, somewhat bashfully not quite meeting his eyes . Then she blinked and smiled
"Yes, the flower seems to be really pretty, doesn't it?" Then she looked up, tilted her head to the side and laughed
"You should relax, I'm not going to eat you or anything. You look scared out of your wits." Yes, Slytherins notice that sort of thing.
"Oh!" She said in surprise as she cradled one flower in the palm of her hand, why didn't she recognize it? After all, it was a very popular flower. Of course she wouldn't recognize them in white, they had them but in pink. and she knew them as arum lilies. Odd. Then she looked up and smiled
"Did you know, Calla means beautiful in Greek?" And these flowers are most certainly beautiful.
Mmm..
