Pure white feathers - one above each student's desk - began to sloooowly float downwards from the ceiling, picking up more speed after a few seconds. They were charmed to vanish after several moments of being levitated.
Sierra blinked as a sudden rainfall of feathers plagued the classroom. Dear Merlin! She flicked her wand out of its wrist holster, doing it so quickly that she nearly missed catching it as it shot out for her to grab. She made a light growl at that, but then realizing she didn't have much time to perform the charm before the feathers hit the floor, she ignored how annoyed she was at her wand.
She spotted a pure white feather floating just above her head, steadily making its way to the floor. She pointed her wand at it and focused on keeping it afloat.
"Wingardium Leviosa!" she said, giving her wand a simple swish and flick. The feather stopped and hovered a foot or so away from her wand. Sierra moved her wand up and then down, pleased to see that the feather followed its direction.
