Samira was dreading Transfiguration. Was she bad at the subject? No. Did she have trouble sitting still? No.
Did she hate their excuse of a Professor?
Definitely.
Samira hated Shaw. Hated, hated, hated him. With passion. Every time she went to the class, the young Slytherin would be worried about being severed in half by his blasted chainsaw. She paused at the door. She really has had enough of Shaw. Maybe she should just skip? It's not like Shaw actually taught anyways...
But no. She was a good girl. She would go to class even if it killed her.
Walking in the room, the Slytherin gave a surprised gasp. Shaw wasn't there, wearing his weird alligator cloak. No...it was a woman. A nice, sane looking woman. Shaw wasn't there. Shaw wasn't there. He wasn't there!
Samira could have cried in relief.
She flounced in much more brightly than she usually would. "Hello, Professor!" she said brightly and loudly. "Are you replacing Shaw?" she asked hopefully. She didn't even care if the lady couldn't teach. As long as she didn't have a chainsaw...This day was shaping up already!
