The blonde Malfoy entered the Common Room, with her camera in her right hand and her sketchbook tucked under her arm. She had just spent a wonderful evening at the Quidditch Pitch, taking pictures. Glad to be inside and in the warmth, the Slytherin put her camera and sketchbook down on her bed, took her shoes off, and tucked them underneath her bed. Good. That was better. Now she could relax.
Emma sat on her bed and looked over at the girl [Maria], with the sketchbook out. Hmm.. The blonde wondered what she was drawing. "Excuse me. What are you drawing? I love drawing. Do you mind if I have a look?" she asked, politely with a wide smile on her face. "I'm Emma. Emma Malfoy. Fourth Year Slytherin," she added, holding her hand out to the other girl so she could shake it.
Maria looked up when she heard a voice.
"Oh, ah...I was actually drawing out what I believe must be your bed" she said, smiling sheepishly. She showed the girl the finished sketch. She smiled again, tucking a neon orange lock of hair behind her ear, intense green eyes sparkling.
"Maria Charday. First year" she said, shaking the girl's hand.
Maria smiled and gestured for Emma t sit next to her.
"Do you wanna see more of what I've drawn?" she asked, her Italian accent thickening considerably. Which was odd seeing as she'd not been in Italy for at least tw years.
