What?? Muggles can't do magic! They're not like wizards or witches! They don't have a tiny drop of magic blood in them.

Unless the professor meant the magic tricks they do.

They are simply illusions, or muggle science. They do that to amuse people." Muggle tricks are actually pretty cool. She brought some from Weasley's Wizard Wheezes, there are a whole lot of them!
