Harland ran his fingers through his hair during and after he spoke each time out of habit. Some might of thought it was nerves, but honestly, what kind of dimwits would suggest opening the windows? Sounded to him like he wasn't in the brightest division.

"Harland." She said putting her quill down, "The point of this, is to show everyone how idiotic this initiative is. I'm not saying we'll get a breeze with the windows, I'm saying we'll install them, waste the money and it will do nothing."
