"I have less of an idea and more of a rebuttal," Harland said from the doorway having just arrived, notice-in-hand and with a tone that suggested he wasn't too thrilled they were having this meeting right when he was ready to walk out the doors to the Ministry to handle a situation.

He glanced around with his light blue eyes as he came further into the room and, instead of sitting down completely, leaned forward against the back of an empty chair. Harland shook his head, putting one hand lightly behind his back. "As for music, can I please assume that won't be in cubicle areas? How would anyone get any work done if not? It seems like it would only be another distraction."

Harland ran his fingers through his hair during and after he spoke each time out of habit. Some might of thought it was nerves, but honestly, what kind of dimwits would suggest opening the windows? Sounded to him like he wasn't in the brightest division.
