Her new cat and her doll needed to get along, but it would seem Seraphina had taken a liking to the doll and vice versa so there wasn't much problem.

She climbed the treehouse and found the usual room she and Kurumi would be in quite empty. She sighed as she went in, good memories flocking her mind, about the time she and Kurumi turned into canaries. Then. out of the blue, she'd remembered Valentine's day would be near, but...she didn't have a sweet heart, still she had friends to celebrate it with. Valentines is about love, right? And friendly love is not an exception. What bothered her thoughts would be of Edward, whom has not kept in contact with her right after the first and last letter he sent to her at the start of the term. Had his owl been intercepted? Lost? or did he no longer desire to remain in contact with ehr even though he said, he missed her dearly?

She became sad. Just when she was realizing, it was sad to know he was no longer at her reach. It was foolish she had not realized sooner, but, alas, she was a naive little girl who did not understand its concept fully well when he did.

Removing her thoughts about Edward, Heather moved to the center of the room and pulled out a parchment from her pocket. Scribbled were some things she had to do, like the DADA longterm assignment. The only thing she needed to do was to find a dancing partner and learn to dance.

"Great." she groaned. She knew a bit of dancing...but she wasn't that good at all. "I have to find myself a dancing partner." and she didn't know enough people who could dance or would be willing to do so.

For all she knows, half of the student body might have given up and forgotten the homework long after the holidays were spent.
Connor took a walk out to the treehouse. He felt really alone right now. Valentine's day was coming up and it seemed everyone was in love, everyone it felt like, but him. He sighed softly and climbed the ladder up the tree. He sat on the rail outside the room that he didn't know his little sister was in and looked out. He felt as happy as it was possible for him to feel. He smiled softly and hopped down from the rail. He closed his eyes for a minute and began to softy sing The song that he and Kurumi had written No Boundaries. He Began to pretend to waltz with an invisible partner because no one had danced with him all term, well no one but Dani...once.
