Connor went into the library and sat his bookbag down at one of the desks at the library bookshelves. He sat down and pulled out a piece of parchment and a self-inking quill and began to write what he could remember about his father.
He tapped his quill against his teeth and waited for Kurumi to come because he had no Idea where to begin. He propped his chin against his right hand and tapped his quill against his teeth with his left hand. His father's skull ring on his left hand glinted in the lamplight.
Kurumi had become a bit sidetracked in the library as she ran her hand over various books and pieces of parchment. As she gazed down at the various titles, she stopped when she found herself in a non-magical book section and her eyes glanced over the title of a book that sounded very interesting and, surprisingly, related to all the chaos that she had observed over the last few months. Kurumi flipped open to a random
page and began to read as she walked until she nearly tripped over footstool and stumbled forward only to catch herself on Connor's shoulder.

S-S-Sorry," she blushed. Hopefully she didn't rip his parchment.
