Destiny IGNORED the fact that Mia was IGNORING her look. She wasn't trying to scare her, after all. It wasn't like she even had the cannonball with her. She probably couldn't even pick one up. And that sarcasm..went right over her. "Well, people say I annoy them.." Did she understand now?

A grin spread across her face as Mia said she was positive about the rats and she quickened her pace down the steps some. Hehe, she was going to get Marcus a ~~girl~~friend! And it was too bad they hadn't brought the basket. "No, no. Why would I be scared?" Was Mia scared? "Don't worry! I won't let the rats bite you." Because that's what she was worrying about, right?

Mia raised her eyebrows at Destiny's almost tantrum and thought it was probably a good idea if she just not say anything more on the matter but a little giggle did escape her lips and she just couldn't help herself. "You're a cranky little thing when you don't get your own way, aren't you?" Perhaps it was a Slytherin thing.

Sweet Merlin!! Was Destiny being thick on purpose or did the girl really not get what Mia was saying. She was pretty sure that she was talking in english. "Well you can be annoying." If the girl wasn't going to get sarcasm perhaps honesty was the best policy.

"Destiny slow down or let go of my hand." She didn't have the luxury of eight extra hands so she needed the two she had. The stairs were slippery and she could see herself falling down them any moment now. "It's not the rats I am worried about."

It was Destiny's annoying behaviour getting them into trouble that had her so worried.
