Zach came back from his usual rounds to the Ministry and saw the ruckus of people.

He then remembered that the ideas are still to be submitted.

He saw the Undersecretary Greingoth giving instructions to people. he also heard blood-thirsty plant. That was a nice suggestion, If you were at Level Four he thought.

He thought of something that can make the atmosphere lively and very feasible to work with.

He heard Mr. Greingoth ask for a note taker. He is about to raise his hand although his insides are revolting against it. But, alas! Some new person whom he doesn't know has already volunteered. Thank goodness he thought.
