‘My father was in Slytherin, so I guess that explains my behavior ’, she said.
‘And…my mother, well, she was in Ravenclaw’. When she finished talking, she grinned to her friend.
‘Weird, ain’t it?’ ‘What about your paren…I mean, what about your mother?’, she asked and then checked out the portrait.
It’s not ready yet. Truth be told, Ari was a bit irritated by the fact that Gwen seemed to avoid some of her questions, choosing to answer only some of them, in an absent-minded manner. But maybe she was just concentrating on her drawing. Which turned out spectacular, really. But this Gwendolyn Greene was an interesting character...
'Me?' I'll tell you, but promise you won't laugh.' Ari replied, taking a deep breath.
'I want to become a wandmaker. I talked to the Headmaster and he said it's possible.' One could hope, right?
'That's not strange, I think you took traits from both your parents. It's stranger in my case. Every magical person in my family has been in Ravenclaw for generations. My mum included.' the girl continued.
'Is your mum proud that you're a Ravenclaw like her?' she asked Gwen.
