Right well all this pirate lingo was a bit hard to understand so Nika raised an eyebrow. All she said was Captain Crunch and now apparently she's looking fer Jean LaFoote? Huh? Okay well Nika just sent Mikey a head nod and two thumbs up. That should make it look like she knew what he was talking about.
WAIT! She knew what he was talking about! It was from one of the commercials. She let out a small gasp of realization and then nodded faster and her smile became more confident.

"A great example of this would be muggle pirates running across a creature that puzzled them known as a mermaid....we are lucky to have a little knowledge of mermaids since they do inhabit our lake and occasionally we get to interact with them." she said with a little nod up and down.
"Can anyone think of another example of either pirates encountering magical creatures or examples proving that a pirate was a wizard?" she asked. She knew this would have to make some of them think.
OOC: Have fun thinking of answers for this one. You can mention anything that could be interpreted as magic. Think about movies and crazy legends that you might have read about or seen. You can say that any of the pirates were wizards as long as you have a creative answer to back it up. Remember Gemma is watching so not chatting. Have fun!
Nika smiled when she saw that the professor actually wrote down Captain Crunch. She turned to Zara who had winked to her and beamed back with a cool head nod. Ahhh yeaaa Nika's got it going on!
Now to think of a magical creature or something? She wanted to stick with captain crunch but she couldn't think of anything!
"Erm well I don't know if this has arr anything to do with the answer yer lookin' fer but erm-- Captain' Crunch could turn land lubbers into his cereal and make them appear on his ship." Does that count as magic...?
