"Set your..." Tate's eyebrows rose up nearly into his hairline at her remarks. That was quite serious, especially as she had a variety of nearly priceless ingredients in her stores. Not to mention that fire was dangerous, even in an old stone castle.
"We can replace the ingredients. Make up a list and I'll owl the governors for assistance. But... are these students all injured as a result of the fire? Anything serious?" See? No one listened when he told them not to die, but it was

Wait! Was it set on fire? She thought that she heard roaring and actually saw a dragon?
"Excuse me, Professor Lafay, Headmaster," Aiden interrupts, but politely and still sitting and unable to stand. "I don't think anyone set your storeroom on fire," she pauses. Then, she continues. "There was... A dragon," she reveals the truth. "A dragon, you say? Did you see the dragon? Where would it have gone?" Tate didn't necessarily doubt the child, but how would a dragon have gotten into the castle anyway? They weren't small, and they weren't invisible.
