Fallon looked back down at Finn's hand. She kind of wished that she hadn't let go of it. Oh well. What was done was done. "No, it's all right. I should probably get back anyway. Iris is probably wondering where I'm at." Which was true. Fallon really was never late for anything. It would probably freak her best friend out a bit. Fallon grinned as Finn got up and offered his hand to her. "Sounds good." She took his hand and stood up, quickly intertwining their fingers. It just felt right. Finlay smiled before he spoke. "I like the truth..." He smiled at her. Maybe he should've complimented her looks too, but he really didn't want her to think that he was just saying it. Because he wasn't at all. Finlay would tell her in his own time, when it was the right time. Which it really wasn't.
"Yeah...don't want her thinking someone's kidnapped you." Finlay grinned, giving her hand a squeeze. It felt nice holding her hand, like he was meant to do it all the time. But really it hadn't taken them that long to get down to the dungeons, and Finlay felt a little sad that they were there now. He lead her along the corridor, stopping a bit before they got to her common room. "Safely down to your common room Ma'am." Finlay nodded with a smile, kind of hoping that she wasn't going to disappear into her commmon room straight away.
