Caroline nodded with a grin this was going to be so much fun. Taking Carter's hand and they walked around the deck a bit. She lookede up and smiled at him. The letter that Marie had read out loud to her earlier that day started ringing in her ears. The smile that was on her face slighty dropped. But it formed again when she caught sight of a cannonball on the deck.

"Well I don't about cannons but there are alot cannon balls." She laughed, walking up to one she bent down, and trying to pick it up. It her suprise they were a little on the heavy side but she managed to get it. "Merlin it's heavy." She tossed in around in her hands she wanted to keep it.

Maybe it wasn't the safest thing to be on a boat full of cannon balls? Maybe it had been shot and one of the cannon balls was a portkey and then poof you touch it and you are off in the midlde of some ocean millions and millions of miles away. She chuckled - that was over kill. She needed to be more realistic. Less of a dreamer.

Carter smiled as he walked hand-in-hand with Caroline. "Oh. Can't wait to hear it." he said. It sounded like it would be a good story. Really, any story that began with 'did I tell you...' usually meant it was going to be a good story.

He chuckled lightly as he watched Caroline struggle to lift the cannon ball. "You probably shouldn't be playing with it if it's so heavy." he said. Imagine if she dropped it! Carter nervously went over and took it from her. No broken toes for her.

"We can go see what's down below." he suggested. "Maybe there's a kitchen..." Ohhh! What if there was food down there. "I wonder what pirates eat..." he wondered out loud.

His eyes then widened. What if there was a parrot room? Pirates had to have a room where they kept their parrots, right?

Really, it made total sense. Although, they still hadn't found out if it was a pirate ship or not. But Carter was determined to find this out. ~~He also hoped there were parrots in the parrot room still.~~

Now he really wanted to explore below deck.
