When they got there he cleared his throat and spoke in a gentle manner.

"I am very sorry for the intrusion, Ms. Radley. But as a Ministry Adviser, we are tasked to familiarized with the whole of the Ministry and to talk to the Department Heads and get acquainted with them." he said slowly and in a gentle manner.

He then sighed and proceeded. "And I have a little personal request if you may be so kind to grant it."
