Kyle didn't know of course how hurt the young Selina really was - she truly was a love detective or so she thought in that moment she knew exactly what to say to build someones confidence up while at the same time tearing her own heart out. But Kyle didn't have an inkling right then of the pain Selina was going through maybe later, maybe someday she would know. But not now, she didn't know Selina liked Simon. That would have stopped her from saying the next bit - well, maybe not maybe it was the bit after the next bit?

"You know, Selina you are a really sweetheart," Kyle smiled softly over to her, brushing her hand over her sweater as she attempted to smooth it down. "and you will find someone who loves you maybe tomorrow or the next day even" she smiled softly. "So, is there anyone you like - unless thats too awkward and all?" Kyle smiled sheepishly.

She wasn't digging no, she was going to help the girl find the boy of her high school dreams. Or so she thought - awe the innocent naivety that was Kyle.
