I will say this, although I did lose a good deal of respect for them both after reading the final book, James and Lily don't get near as much attention as they should. (Neither do Adrian Rawlins & Geraldine Somerville for that matter!) I could have sworn a long time ago JK said Lupin was her favorite character.....
