So back at the room of Requirement, Heather mentally told herself. It was good to be back again, really. She had a feeling this would be the perfect spot to open her packages first before heading back tot he common room.

Oh right. this morning, she had received two big packages. One big one wrapped badly and the other was a box that smelled of Brownies. It wasn't her grandmother's brownies, she knew. The note indicated it was from Camellia her sister and was to be shared with her friends, that was why there were so many.

the second package was badly wrapped-an indication she knew it belonged to her father. Scribbled on the note was a message both from her parents. She quickly read it and grimaced; but she opened this package first.

It was a brand new strange-looking violin. She sighed. Her father always picked the strangest looking things, thinking they were cute, but the Violin sure is pretty.

"well then, let's test this out if it sounds good." she said, stood and picked the violin. Assuming position, she started a song she'd always play when practicing.

after playing the song, Heather smiled at herself. She hasn't lost her touch at playing the violin even though it had been quite a long time, and this violin was in tune, meaning, it was working. "That felt good. I should send mom and dad a message of thanks." she said to herself.
