Lily waited until he had finished the entire potion before taking the bottle again. "Usually I do a little poking and prodding, but with noses, you can very obviously see the problem." She held up her wand, "Deep breaths, keep breathing, and you will hear noise, but you won't feel a thing."

She waited for him to confirm that he was ready before proceeding.
