Ooh. Of all things that Neptune noticed. She noticed his hair. That was typical. Finlay laughed, grinning at her. "Err....I'm growing it?" Yup. He liked it.

Neptune pinched at his bangs, and then pushed them all back from his face. She could put BOWS in his hair it was getting so long! And if he wasn't careful with how much longer he grew it, she would put bows in it. Pink ones.

"He yelled at me and got all uppity about apparating. He just... I hate him. He kept me in the compound all summer and I'm grounded again now for missing the train. He's awful." Neptune had written her mother off for ALLOWING all of this. It had been a long summer.

She twirled Finny's hair around her finger and gave him a thoughtful look. "What happened to your face, Finny?" It was definitely not her fault this time. She had literally been held prison all summer long.
