Because well, clearly not everybody knew him. Maybe he should wear his robes, so that epople would be able to see his crest.
"Thank you..." He smiled, taking the box off of her. "And you can sit down you know..." Because it felt a little weird with her standing up there. Opening the box, he grinned. "These look really yummy."
Kurumi stopped, midbow, as she began bowing in apology for bowing too much. Despite spending more time in London this summer, she never could shake the old habits and manners her mother had pounded into her head it seemed.
Okay, no more apologizing. "
W-W-Well, then I s-s-suppose a proper introduction is in order," she said as her cheeks flushed. "
I'm Kurumi, but, um, you already knew that..." She began playing with her hair a bit and tugged on her ponytail a bit forcefully. "
I'm in Gryffindor...third year...b-b-but I suppose you already knew that too."
She was just bloody brilliant when it came to making first impressions on upper classmen, wasn't she?
Accepting his offer to sit down, she plopped herself down next to him and folded her legs up under her.
"
I hope you like blueberry," she said shyly. "
The icing is made from them."
