Her cheeks flushed a bit.
"Must be nice...making it work despite the distance..." she said more as a self evaluation than an actual comment directed towards Arya. "Knowing that there will be a letter coming and that you will one day be able to touch..."
A small smile touched her lips at the mention of his most infamous quality.
"Sabel is always looking out for everyone, especially his friends. You should write him, I bet he'd like it." Take comfort in the knowledge that she was safe.
She didn't noticed the flushed cheeks, eyes still on the ceiling. Just like she didn't notice the firstie entering, mind consumed with her distraction. Hopefully that didn't make her a bad prefect since he happened to be a Puff.
And then they were back to talking about his absence again, the distance. This time she didn't allow the pout to take over her features, simply let her mind settle on positive thoughts and the like.
"It is nice... the letters are nice. Sometimes they come with gifts." Which always had her happier than she normally was, and that was saying something.
"Christmas."
They'd touch then.

Or maybe he did. Someone was at the door. Someone who was apparently trying to yell their way into the office. Right. Well, it had worked. And judging by the following murmurs from outside there was a conversatoin going on, which meant more people. Setting the rubber duck onto his desk to be thought about later, Jeremy straightened up in his seat slightly and called,
"Come in!" at the door. They would hear that right, no need to actually get up.

"Guess we'll have to finish our talk later." Because they were here to see Zoo, and she was sure he didn't want to talk about Sabel the entire visit.
Rolling up off the couch, she sauntered over to the door, opening it and leading the way into the office. Like a good Prefect right?
