Aurora jumped and came out of her reverie, nearly dropping her bow. She stopped herself and whipped her head to look at who had interrupted her.
"Oh, sorry. Hi." She looked up at the boy, he seemed quite young, she assumed he was in first year.
"You startled me, I'm Aurora." She put her bow down, picked her violin from it's case and began to tune it.
"Do you mind if I tune this while we talk?" Sometimes people found it a bit rude but it didn't distract her from the conversation.
