Ella ran her fingers thorugh her hair. She knew he was going to end up making her feel nervous, possibly even make her look like an idiot.
So there she sat, smiling at the shy boy while twirling a bit of her hair around her finger.

AHH. AHH. AHH. Why? Just, why? Why did she have to come over, skipping like an over-excited pixie? She was so terrifying...It was like he was in the looming presence of his grandmother - she was pretty scary too. Hair bobbing, eyes wide; if he wasn't so scared he'd of probably noticed she was quite pretty. But in this case, that only made things worse. And then she sat down. Well. That was it. All those nerves, all that fear; his stomach knots unfurled, and he practically exploded.

"Well, of course I'm nervous!" He smooshed his potato. Ow. *smooshsmoosh* He really needed to work on his spasm-y arm-flailing. "I mean...Look at you! You're...You're...YOU'RE A GIRL. YOU'RE SCARY."
