At the mention of Lord Borr Sophie made a big grimace and shivered slightly "Don't mention that man! Why couldn't we be taught by Professor Truebridge or someone? It would've been safer and less dramatic." Sigh, didn't Lord Borr have a whole ministry to run anyway?

"Oh...." Finlay frowned for a few seconds, and he picked up his goblet and took a sip of the pumpkin juice. "I'd be very unhappy if you left." Yup. He would indeed. She was very pretty, and they needed some pretty people around her. "I just hope your gryffindors are behaving..." Because well she was over here and not on her table, so he was hoping they were behaving. But he could always go over with her if they weren't and be a scary headboy. That would be amusing.

She had said what? Finlay kind of stared at her, the chip on his fork half way between his mouth, and his plate. He hadn't got a word of that at all. He really needed to start paying more attention to people. Really. Finlay Carmicheal clean your ears out. "Umm...I didn't hear a word of that Sophie." Not at all. But please don't babble it all out again. Because it would probably just confuse him all over again, and he really did not like being confused. But she'd moved on, so that was okay. It seemed that she really didn't like Lord Borr that much. "Well...you never know really do you...." The year was going to eventful that was very clear.
