Sophie really thought he was one of the most handsome boys at Hogwarts.
Just then Headmaster Tate stood up to give his speech and like on a given signal the whole great hall became silent. When he was finished and food appeared on the table in front of her Sophie blurted out confused to both Ivy and Finlay "Why didn't headmaster Tate say 'try not to die' like he always does in his speeches? Could something be wrong already?" If that was the case then surely all the prefects would've been briefed about it on the train, right? Finlay smiled, feeling a little more comfortable with Sophie here. It was weird, but he felt more at ease with her around, and she wasn't even in his house. And...did she just call him handsome? Finlay smirked at her. Well, that certainly made him feel better after certain events. "I'm sure you joining us for dinner will make my evening much more enjoyable." He smiled at her. He didn't mind her being here. Not at all.
"Ermm...." Finlay glanced back up at the staff table, trying to see Tate's expression. "I'm sure he would've mentioned something to us if there was something wrong...." He mused, as he put some chips onto his plate. Such a boy, always thinking about Food. "But....Lord Borr is teaching! Isn't he like the minister of magic too?" Which was really weird. Shouldn't he be looking at the ministry instead of the school...?
