The first sight that had befallen him as he entered the Great Hall was the staff table, and whilst Zooky and Professor D were still there, Smexy Maya was gone, and having only just found, the spot that should have been Professor Magnus' looked all the more depressing without her!

As the First years were sorted he tried his best to smile and applaud them as they joined his house, but it was hard, Saylen had been like a mother to him, and Magnus had helped him navigate through a rather embrassesing time of his teenage life; crushes. But they had moved on, and he needed to do the same; remember, never forget, but move on.
