Not to mention she had a new problem on her hands. Yea, she didn't like that problem very much either. AT ALL!
Arms crossed, the irritated girl entered the great hall, watching her she-snake friend skip towards the Slytherin table, and sit at some random spot...eating as much chocolate as her mouth and stomach would allow. Ohhhh she was going to find every hiding spot this year where her friend hid her chocolate. She WILL!
Taking a deep breath, Evelyn uncrossed her arms and ran her hands through her slightly wavy hair, following after Destiny, only to pause momentarily once she saw just who her friend was sitting nearby. No no no. That blond was definitely not Marie.
...
Sitting next to Destiny, Evelyn STARED at the others at the table, barely hearing what the girl had asked. Which probably could have been an accomplishment if she actually did miss what Destiny had said. "I dunno." she muttered, mind completely elsewhere...
She...could not believe her eyes.
Well, that certainly confirmed the 'see you in the common room' comment she had gotten earlier on the train ride. Oh this just won't do at all.
"Hey...Bissy." she said loud enough for the girl to hear, staring at her for a moment before her gaze flickered over to the younger Slytherin girl. "Hello Sierra. Nice summer?" Yes? No? She couldn't help but glance to Bissy every other second though. There was no Josh here now at the moment so...
She didn't have to be all that nice did she?
So. Many. New. Professors!
GAH!
Why did they have to get rid of all the ones that SHE had liked? Professor Magnus, Saylen.., Zookara should have left. Yeah, Destiny would not have minded one bit if he left. Okay, maybe she would have minded just a little, but pfft! Now her already annoyed mood was worse and it didn't help that Evelyn was now sitting next to her.
"What do you mean you don't know? You seem to know everything else, like how I shouldn't be eating chocolate." Or how she shouldn't have ate chocolate, since she had already done it.
Following her friend's gaze around the table, Destiny pulled out another chocolate frog and stuffed it into her mouth before giving Sierra a small wave. She didn't know who that other girl was and it didn't seem like Evelyn was going to introduce her either.
Whatever. She didn't need to know anyone else, she only needed her chocolate.
And potatoes, but they hadn't arrived yet.
