"I'm starving after that long train ride." Sure, there was candy on the Hogwarts Express, but that really wasn't the same as a good, proper meal. Plus eating a lot of candy just made people sick - even Vashti could admit that.
"Oh, and it's nice to meet you, Ariana," she added, smiling. "I'm Vashti."
And then someone was shouting her name! Wha?
Oh! Louisa!
"Hey Louisa!" Vashti greeted the third year. She wasn't even going to bring up that day in Knockturn Alley. Especially since nothing, fortunately, had happened. "Big day?" she asked, a little puzzled. "How?"
How? Did she really ask that? Louisa chuckled, "
We are back at Hogwarts!" She shouted…again in like two minutes. She was so not good at the lady-teen thing. "
Besides, the trip wasn't a tiring one this term." For her anyways. In her excitement, she didn't notice the girl sitting nearby, Louisa smiled politely at her and nodded as a greeting. Was she with them? Well, she didn't know..yet.
She was still grinning and started looking around for more familiar faces, the grin didn't cease.
Until someone caught her eyes which turned into golf balls for a few seconds and she immediately shifted in her seat and faced Vashti. "
Ugh. It's him" She whispered to her friend and from the corner of her eye she followed him. If he was to sit anywhere near her, say like three foot away, she was so going
under the table to move faaaarther away. She was in a happy mood and the memory of her being coward didn't sound so happy.
